  2. Prepare 1 small to medium onion
  3. Prepare 4 garlic cloves

  5. Provide 1 pkg (14.5 Oz) bow tie pasta
  6. Use 1 carton (32 Oz) unsalted chicken stock
  7. Provide 1 can (12 Oz) fat free evaporated milk
  8. Prepare 1 Oz fresh parmesan cheese
  9. Provide 4 Oz reduced fat cream cheese softened
  10. You need 1 1/2 cup frozen peas thawed

  1. Stack bacon and cut in half lengthwise. Then cut cross wise into 1 inch pieces.

  4. Add stock, evaporated milk, and pasta then stir together. Cover and bring to a simmer. Simmer 12-14 minutes or until pasta is still a little firm. Stir occasionally
  5. Remove skillet from heat and stir in cream cheese, grated parmesan and thawed peas
  6. Let stand, covered for 5 minutes or until sauce is thick and creamy.
