  1. Take 1 tbsp Oil+Butter
  2. Prepare 1 tsp Garlic, finely chopped
  3. Prepare 1 medium sized Onion, finely chopped
  4. Take 1 medium sized tomato, blanched and puréed
  5. Take 1/2 cup Rajma, soaked overnight and boiled
  6. Get 1/2 tsp Salt
  7. Get 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder

  10. Get 2.5 ml Lemon juice
  11. Take 2 tbsp coriander, chopped

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in the pan. Add garlic and finely chopped onion to it. Sauté it for 1-2 minutes or until the raw smell is gone.
  2. Add tomato purée/coarsely chopped tomatoes, rajma, salt, sugar, kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander-cumin powder and ketch up. Mix it well and cook on a low flame for about 10 minutes or until you get desired thickness.
  3. Take it off the flame and add lemon juice and coriander.
  4. Once cools down completely, store it in an airtight container. It remains fresh for 7-10 days when stored in refrigerator and a month when stored in freezer.
